Job Summary

This role is for an Onsite IT Support Specialist in Berlin, focusing on direct user support within public administration and large corporate environments. Day-to-day tasks include classic onsite support, IMAC services (installation, moves, adds, changes), setting up and dismantling workstations, troubleshooting technical issues directly with users, and managing the installation and erasure of notebooks. You will also process incidents and requests via a ticketing system and assist with technical requirements for both in-person and remote events. The ideal candidate has prior IT support experience, strong customer service skills, and is comfortable with security background checks. This position offers a structured onboarding process and a central Berlin location.
