Join a dynamic team specializing in VIP aircraft completions and large refurbishments, leading and coordinating a skilled group of up to 18 Electricians and Cabin Installation Technicians. Your primary goal is to ensure the flawless execution of complex projects by managing daily workflows, maintaining stringent quality standards, and adhering strictly to safety and regulatory requirements set by bodies like FOCA, EASA, and FAA. This leadership role demands strong project management skills, including expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and cost control, alongside effective cross-functional coordination with engineers and suppliers. You will be responsible for fostering a collaborative environment, conducting team development discussions, and serving as the primary contact for issue escalation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget in a challenging, multicultural environment.
