Job Summary

This exciting opportunity places the HR Coordinator within a leading international technical industry company located in Eastern Zurich, offering a dynamic and collaborative environment, attractive employment conditions, and strong internal development paths, including two days of home office flexibility. The core responsibility involves managing comprehensive HR administration from A-Z and providing crucial support to HR Managers across various business units. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with recruiting, processing personnel master data, and contributing to Compensation & Benefits activities. Furthermore, the coordinator will be responsible for organizing staff events, overseeing the internal time tracking system, and maintaining the HR department’s intranet page. A significant part of the role involves actively participating in or leading projects focused on optimizing internal HR processes, making this a highly varied and engaging position for an experienced and resilient HR professional.

Required Skills

Education

Commercial basic education combined with further qualification as an HR Assistant or HR Specialist

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in a similar HR function
  • Experience working within larger corporate organizations
  • Preferably experience in an international industrial environment

Additional

  • Willingness to work 80-100% capacity. Position is based in Zurich East, with the possibility of 2 days of home office per week.
