Job Summary

This role involves supporting the production management team by overseeing manufacturing orders from creation through to batch release, ensuring meticulous review of batch documentation. A key part of the role includes managing GMP documentation such as deviation reports and change requests, alongside handling various organizational tasks like training planning and employee administration. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating and implementing work instructions (SOPs), developing new concepts, conducting GMP-compliant training, and performing validations. This position requires a proactive individual with a scientific or technical background, strong organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail, contributing significantly to operational efficiency and compliance within a regulated environment.
