This role combines hands-on laboratory work with crucial leadership responsibilities, supporting the Laboratory Manager in coordinating team activities and operational workflows. The successful candidate will be involved in sample processing, operating and maintaining analytical equipment, conducting various laboratory analyses, and communicating with clinics. A key part of the role is contributing to quality control and management, as well as onboarding new team members and organizing daily lab operations. - Willingness to work in shifts (early, late, night) and on weekends/holidays
- Interest in leadership tasks and development in laboratory organization
