This role is for an IT Analyst focused on digitalization and HR systems, responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of HR systems and process workflows, including support, change requests, and new developments using tools like UiPath. The analyst will be crucial in analyzing and documenting existing processes, implementing IT-supported process optimizations, and developing digitalization and workflow solutions. A key aspect of the role involves proactively advising departments on digitalization topics, including artificial intelligence, and creating SQL-based evaluations to support data-driven decisions. The position also entails training users on process automation tools and possibilities, actively participating in projects, and continuously developing skills in fast-evolving IT tools. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist with focus on process analysis and digitalization) or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in process analysis and digitalization
  • Initial experience with RPA software, low-code/no-code solutions
  • Ideally, initial knowledge in process modeling and automation (e.g., BPMN 2.0) and workflow engines (e.g., Camunda)
  • Affinity for HR-related processes and challenges
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in test automation
