Job Summary
As a Senior Consultant in Fee Accounting with a focus on Knowledge Management, you will be the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on all knowledge management matters, especially in building new structures, processes, and standards. Your daily tasks include developing, testing, and establishing methods and tools for systematic knowledge capture, structuring, and provision, including integrating agentic system support. You will conceptualize and evaluate solutions for complex knowledge and information needs, initiate, moderate, and lead cross-organizational knowledge projects, and independently advance practices to continuously improve knowledge quality, findability, and usability. Additionally, you will create, maintain, and ensure the quality of knowledge documents, guidelines, manuals, and information materials for various target groups, collaborating with the Digitalization and AI unit. This role requires a completed degree in business, health economics, business informatics, or a comparable qualification, along with several years of professional experience in a similar field. You should have a profound understanding of knowledge organization methods, data and process analysis, and knowledge of the key relationships in the interests, objectives, and decision-making paths of health insurance organizations and their associations. Extended knowledge of AI applications and knowledge management, particularly in structured knowledge capture and provision, is essential. The position offers a secure job in the healthcare sector, flexible working hours, mobile working, and a salary range of €68,000 to €72,000 gross per year.
