This role involves developing and maintaining optical measurement procedures and machines for the adjustment and qualification of optical components. The successful candidate will provide scientific support for interferometers in a production environment, conduct practical experiments, analyze data, and evaluate results, while also being responsible for measurement tolerances. Key requirements include a degree in Physics or a comparable qualification, ideally with a PhD, and strong knowledge of optical metrology and interferometric testing techniques.
