Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Physics/Chemistry Laboratory Technician in Engineering based in Frankfurt am Main, focusing on the quality control and analysis of materials. The successful candidate will perform a variety of physical tests, including optical inspections for defects, determining refractive index distribution, and measuring fiber attenuation using IR/UV devices. They will also conduct geometric inspections, meticulously record and evaluate measurement data, and provide feedback within SAP. This position requires a completed apprenticeship as a Physics or Chemistry Laboratory Technician, practical experience in an industrial setting, and a strong understanding of physical-technical principles. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and possess good German and basic English language skills, ready to contribute to innovative projects and advance their career.
