Job Summary

As a Junior ICT System Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing the company's core IT infrastructure. Your daily tasks will involve supporting the installation, configuration, and maintenance of server, storage, and network environments. A significant part of the role includes managing modern Microsoft ecosystems, such as Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint. You will handle 1st and 2nd level support requests, both remotely and onsite, ensuring smooth operations. This position offers an excellent entry point into professional system administration, allowing you to contribute to major infrastructure projects, including rollouts and migrations, while expanding your knowledge in IT security, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT education and basic practical experience in system or network administration, coupled with strong analytical skills and a desire to learn.
