Job Summary

As Construction Manager for Electrical Engineering at INTILION AG, you will oversee the complete installation of large-scale energy storage systems, from site setup to successful handover. Your day-to-day involves coordinating subcontractors, ensuring high quality standards on site, and liaising with all project stakeholders. You will manage compliance with accident prevention regulations, create risk assessments and project-specific HSE documents, and support service partners with maintenance work using your technical expertise. The role requires a completed vocational training as an electrician, electronics technician, or mechatronics technician with professional experience, ideally supplemented by further training as a master craftsman/technician or a degree. Experience in construction site management, preferably in plant engineering, and practical experience with medium-voltage systems are essential. You should be fluent in German and have good English skills, with willingness to travel within the DACH region (4-5 days per week). This position offers a company car for private use, home office and flexible working hours, at least 30 days of vacation, and attractive compensation.
