Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Validation Engineer in the pharmaceutical sector, focusing on establishing and implementing validation strategies throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and enhancing the effectiveness of validation plans, monitoring key performance indicators across various Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), and ensuring compliance with industry standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) through risk assessments and protocol reviews. Collaboration with Research and Development teams is key to developing and adapting new product validation strategies.
