Job Summary

As an Engineering Clerk for Grid Calculation, you will perform network calculations for generation plants up to 30 kVA using Excel and FRIEDA, applying short-circuit and load-flow methods to analyze power supply. You'll calculate voltage drops, evaluate equipment utilization, and adjust technical protection settings. Using GIS tools like ArcGIS or QGIS, you'll create plans and select economically viable grid connection points. You'll maintain technical evaluation tables with MS Office tools and handle technical inquiries via HarNES, iConnect, email, or phone. Collaboration with internal teams is key. This role requires a completed electrical engineering education (e.g., electronics technician or technician in electrical engineering), experience in grid calculation for power supply, proficiency in MS Excel and Word, ideally FRIEDA, and familiarity with GIS systems.
