Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist at FERCHAU, you will ensure smooth IT operations in daily business for clients. Your responsibilities include receiving, analyzing, and resolving technical issues, acting as the communication interface between users and support teams, and installing, configuring, and administering hardware and software. You will also create and maintain thorough documentation. The role requires a trained IT specialist or a career changer with solid IT knowledge, affinity for technology, and proficiency with common IT systems such as Linux, Windows, and Microsoft 365. A customer- and service-oriented mindset is essential, along with very good German language skills.
