Job Summary

As an Infrastructure Support Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and workstations. Your day-to-day tasks involve troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, monitoring network systems and security protocols, and providing end-user training and support. The role requires a completed IT vocational training or equivalent qualification, solid experience in IT infrastructure and technical support, and very good knowledge of heterogeneous client and server environments (desktop, server, telephony, mobile devices, network, printers). Good knowledge of network technologies, operating systems, and IT security standards is expected, with experience in application management, software distribution, Active Directory, and databases considered a plus.
