Job Summary

As a Site Project Manager at Siemens Energy, you will lead daily operations at industrial construction sites globally. You'll plan and organize site activities with your team, serving as the primary contact for customers, authorities, contractors, and partners. Your responsibilities include ensuring compliance with EHS regulations, overseeing onsite order execution, managing financial performance and schedule adherence, and handling deviations and corrective actions. You'll coordinate closely with back-office project management and report on site progress. The role requires a higher education degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering, extensive experience in complex industrial construction projects (preferably EPC/consortium), at least 5 years of onsite leadership on major construction sites, and in-depth knowledge of EHS policies. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing multinational teams.
