Job Summary

As Head of Production Planning and Control, you will lead teams in production planning, material management, and inventory control for electronics manufacturing. Your day-to-day responsibilities include disciplinary leadership, developing and implementing KPIs to drive process optimization, driving digitalization of core processes, and coordinating with departments and customers. You will also oversee external procurement planning, support investment planning, and help resolve manufacturing and quality issues. The role requires a degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or business administration with technical knowledge, or equivalent experience. Key qualifications include strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate and inspire people.
