Job Summary

As a Cell Culture Laboratory Technician at FERCHAU, you will develop and characterize high-performance cell lines and associated media for innovative biopharmaceutical projects. Your day-to-day work includes independently planning, executing, and evaluating experiments in systems such as transfection, selection, fermentation, and bioreactors. You will also perform analytical characterization of processes, media, and raw materials, create procedural descriptions and evaluations, and oversee lab workflows, equipment, and systems to drive technical improvements. This role requires working under GMP guidelines in a professional, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate holds a completed apprenticeship as a pharmaceutical technician, laboratory technician, biological-technical assistant, or equivalent qualification. Experience in biopharmaceutical production is preferred, along with willingness for shift work, conscientious and goal-oriented work style, reliability, high quality awareness, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
