Job Summary

As a PLC Programmer for Automation Technology at FERCHAU, you will create and adapt PLC programs for automated systems and machinery, perform commissioning of control systems, conduct functional tests on-site and in-house, analyze and optimize existing automation solutions for efficiency and process reliability, create technical documentation, train operating and maintenance personnel, coordinate with internal departments and clients to implement customized automation concepts, and contribute to the development of control standards and integration of new technologies. You bring a completed vocational training or degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, or a related field, experience in PLC programming (ideally with Siemens TIA Portal, S7 or similar systems), knowledge of commissioning and fault analysis of automation systems, understanding of electrical schematics and control concepts, and a team-oriented, structured working style.
