Job Summary

As a Product Analyst / Validation Engineer, you will analyze components and assemblies for deviations and complaints, conduct systematic root cause analysis (mechanical, functional, process-related), and evaluate validation and test results. You will create clear, structured final reports, perform targeted measurements for root cause analysis and verification, and conduct MSA/Gage R&R studies. Collaborating with design and quality teams, you will derive concrete actions, support test setups and targeted experiments, and build and modify prototypes and test samples. The role requires a technical education or degree in mechanics, mechatronics, or measurement technology, experience in component analysis, validation, or quality, proficiency with measurement technology and test methods, and hands-on skills for prototype assembly. Automotive experience (e.g., IATF 16949, PPAP/PPF, APQP) and experience with optical or tactile measurement systems (e.g., Keyence) are advantageous.
