Job Summary

As an IT Support Service Desk professional, you will be the first point of contact for end users, handling 1st level support including customer care, and managing the issuance and return of loan devices. Your daily tasks include assisting with issues on Windows notebooks, MacBooks, iPhones, and iPads, providing technical guidance in German and English on product selection and system usage, and performing technical administration of operating systems, IP telephony, VPN, and more. You will also process and document inquiries and create tickets in the system. The role requires a completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration, IT system electronics technician, or equivalent qualification, along with experience supporting Apple and Windows products and operating systems. Good knowledge of ServiceNow, Active Directory, VPN, and IP telephony is essential. Excellent German and English skills, a strong customer orientation, teamwork, and a solution-oriented, reliable working style are expected. This position offers excellent working conditions at Europe's largest IT service provider, a 40-hour work week in day shifts, up to 30 days of vacation, and great chances for permanent employment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as IT specialist for system integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT system electronics technician (IT Systemelektroniker), or equivalent qualification
