Job Summary

As an IT Service Specialist, you will be responsible for field service support, installation, configuration, and maintenance of diverse IT systems. Your day-to-day tasks include administering clients, printer systems, and telephony solutions according to defined IT standards, analyzing and resolving system and program errors, and advising users on system usage. You will also manage mobile device management and mobile contracts, support Microsoft Teams telephony, and contribute to network infrastructure development. The role requires a completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or equivalent qualification, over three years of professional IT experience, strong knowledge of Microsoft enterprise environments (especially Microsoft 365 and Azure), experience with Microsoft Intune, networking skills (routing, switching, segmentation), and familiarity with Microsoft Teams telephony.
