As Senior Safety Manager with a focus on electrical engineering, you will support the company in developing concepts, steering, and strategically aligning occupational safety while ensuring compliance with legal standards. Your daily tasks include advising on workplace design, work processes, and environments, assisting managers in documenting risk assessments and operating instructions, and managing the accident investigation process. You will also develop countermeasures for accident hotspots, consolidate key figures, and prepare reports. Additionally, you will serve as the central contact for decentralized safety specialists, company doctors, and managers. This role requires a completed degree in electrical engineering, training as a safety specialist, and excellent knowledge of high, medium, and low-voltage systems.
