Job Summary

This role as an Inside Sales Representative focuses on providing crucial administrative and logistical support required for IT hardware and software sales. You will be responsible for qualifying customer and partner inquiries, managing relationships with local, public, and international clients in close coordination with the external sales team. Key responsibilities include calculating and preparing complex offers, negotiating project pricing with vendors and suppliers, and ensuring the timely processing of customer orders and procurement of IT goods. You will also manage customer web shops and coordinate inventory. Success in this position requires excellent analytical skills to structure complex processes, a precise and independent working style, and strong communication abilities. Candidates must possess a completed commercial apprenticeship and relevant professional experience, ideally within the IT sector, alongside mandatory fluency in German and good English proficiency.
