Job Summary

As a PLC Programmer for commissioning special-purpose machinery, you will create and adapt machine-specific software modules from existing modular systems, parameterize, program, and commission electrical components, and conduct software and hardware tests. Your day-to-day involves repairing and analyzing electronic assemblies, performing online diagnostics, functional tests, and process optimizations, as well as creating test reports, acceptance protocols, and technical documentation. You will support customers with technical inquiries and conduct training sessions for clients and colleagues. The role requires a degree or technician qualification in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or automation technology, experience commissioning production systems, and expertise in drive, control, and regulation technology. Strong PLC programming skills with Allen Bradley are essential, with Siemens P7 or Bosch codesys as a plus.
