Job Summary

As an Associate Scientist in QC Potency Assays, you will perform reagent qualification, validation, and sample analysis using cell-based bioassays and binding assays (e.g., ELISA) for clinical trial samples and stability studies. You will independently plan, execute, evaluate, and document analyses in compliance with GMP, including writing reports and standard operating procedures. Laboratory organizational tasks such as equipment qualification and maintenance of analytical instruments are also part of your role. You will collaborate with internal teams and international sites, participate in meetings, and present results. Additionally, you will support equipment qualifications and coordinate external service providers in a regulated environment.
