Job Summary

Join a world market leader in mechanical engineering as an IT System Administrator in Augsburg. In this role, you will manage IT field services, including installation, configuration, and support of clients, printer, and telephone systems while adhering to defined IT standards. You will analyze system disturbances, resolve hardware and software issues, and assist users in daily IT operations. Additionally, you will support employees in using IT systems, coordinate mobile devices including device management, and administer associated mobile solutions. The ideal candidate holds a completed IT vocational training (e.g., IT specialist for system integration, IT system electronics technician) and brings several years of professional experience in IT administration with strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, especially Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune. Experience in network infrastructure and Microsoft Teams telephony is also required. Occasional business travel is expected. This position offers an above-tariff salary, permanent contract, and opportunities for further training.
