Job Summary
Join hkk Krankenkasse, a public health insurance company, as a Specialist for Automation & AI. You will design and implement AI-based automation solutions for statutory health insurance processes, introduce and develop 'Agentic AI' solutions, and analyze automation potential in business processes. Acting as a technical contact and supporting team leadership, you will also utilize RPA and the GKV standard Aktionssteuerung|ng, model processes with BPMN 2.0, and ensure process monitoring and quality. You need a degree in computer science or related field, experience in AI and automation, knowledge of tools like Camunda and RPA, plus SQL, XML, and scripting. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. The role offers up to 40% home office, flexible hours, up to 37 vacation days, and comprehensive training.

Education
Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent qualification
Experience
- Experience in artificial intelligence and automation
- Solid understanding of automation tools (ideally Camunda, AI and RPA tools)
- Knowledge of SQL, XML, and scripting languages
- Knowledge of core processes in statutory health insurance or willingness to learn
