Job Summary

As a Specialist Engineer in Contract and Change Order Management at DB Projekt Stuttgart-Ulm GmbH, you will oversee complex construction, architect, and engineering contracts with substantial order volumes. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing contract and change order processes, handling legal correspondence, enforcing contract claims, and ensuring compliant service delivery. You will independently develop solutions for contract deviations in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, review change order requests for validity and amount, prepare and conduct negotiations, and finalize agreements. Additionally, you coordinate all parties involved in the change order process, including contractors, construction supervisors, project engineers, legal, and procurement.
