Join a dynamic project focused on vocational training mobility, funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. As a Project Staff member in Mobility Consulting, you will advise apprentices, companies, and craft organizations on international internships, plan and support stays abroad, and manage administrative tasks related to funding. You will also be involved in expanding and maintaining national and international networks, and public relations. This role requires advanced knowledge of individual and group counseling methods, good IT skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams), and strong intercultural competence. The position offers a modern work environment, flexible working hours, and opportunities for professional development within a supportive team.
Required Skills
Education
Craftsman's apprenticeship followed by a Master Craftsman's examination and/or a degree with a social science or social pedagogy background.
Experience
- Professional experience in mobility consulting or a related field.
- Experience in planning and accompanying international stays.
- Experience in network building and maintenance.
- Experience with administrative tasks and fund management.
- Experience with public relations activities.
