STRABAG is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to oversee complex infrastructure projects in road, civil, and asphalt construction within the Schleswig-Holstein West region. In this role, you will take overall responsibility for construction measures, lead and mentor construction managers, and ensure smooth site operations. Your duties will include supervising calculations, bids, and construction processes, actively controlling site results, and negotiating with subcontractors and clients. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification, significant professional experience in similar roles, and strong leadership and negotiation skills.
