Job Summary

Join a well-established technology company specializing in business communication solutions as an IT Support Engineer. In this full-time, permanent role, you will be responsible for handling IT inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems, analyzing and resolving technical issues, and maintaining technical documentation. You will also configure and maintain end-user devices and support a proprietary cloud solution. The ideal candidate possesses a strong IT background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. Experience with cloud and/or VoIP environments is a plus.
