Join Bloomwell, a leading Health-Tech scale-up in the medical cannabis sector, as an AI Product Engineer. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of telemedicine and pharmacy platforms, from concept to live operation. You'll be responsible for building prototypes, internal tools, and frontends using modern stacks and AI coding assistants, automating workflows, and validating product decisions with AI. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape a novel experience in medical cannabis, directly impacting patient access to therapy. You'll translate user needs into product increments, working closely with cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement based on real-world data. - Practical experience in Product Management or as a Business Analyst in agile product development

- Sufficient understanding of software architecture to make pragmatic decisions and discuss engineering trade-offs
- Experience working in a hybrid model with at least three days per week in the office
