Job Summary

Join a leading company in the Pharma and Life Science sectors as a Lab Automation Specialist. You will be responsible for the planning and execution of bioanalytical methods, including ligand binding assays and ECL for protein analysis, within a GLP environment. Your role will involve advancing the method portfolio by evaluating and implementing new technologies like ddPCR and laboratory automation. You will also handle troubleshooting for PK, immunogenicity, and biomarker assays, manage laboratory operations including equipment and capacity planning, and ensure compliance with GLP and GCP standards. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology, with relevant professional experience in quantitative protein determination and laboratory automation, ideally with Hamilton or Tecan liquid handling robots. Strong knowledge of GLP/GCP principles and fluent German, along with good English skills, are required.
