Job Summary

Join FERCHAU Rosenheim as an IT System and Application Administrator to work on innovative projects for leading companies. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving application and system errors, creating and maintaining documentation for solution architectures, and managing hardware and software requirements. You will install, configure, integrate, and operate IT systems, provide user support for workstations and end devices, and contribute to system specifications and software packaging. Additionally, you will define and implement IT security measures to ensure a stable, secure, and service-oriented IT operation. The ideal candidate possesses a completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable IT qualification, with solid knowledge of M365 products and common client hardware.
