Job Summary

As a Test Engineer for Electrical Systems, you will be responsible for conducting automated electrical function tests on power electronic assemblies and systems. This includes planning and implementing system tests in HIL environments, analyzing requirements, and deriving test specifications and strategies. You will also develop, set up, and document new testing methods, program automated test procedures, and evaluate test results, providing technical consultation to the development department and clients. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics, with practical experience in testing power electronic components, preferably in the automotive sector. Familiarity with software/hardware test methods, bus systems (CAN, LIN, FlexRay), requirements management tools (DOORS), task management tools (JIRA), and VECTOR tools is beneficial.
