Job Summary
Join the Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW (BLB NRW) in Münster as a Civil Engineer specializing in civil engineering. In this full-time, permanent role, you will be responsible for steering, planning, and overseeing civil engineering projects, including new construction, renovation, and infrastructure measures, within interdisciplinary teams. Your tasks will involve selecting and managing external contractors, managing schedules, budgets, and costs, and potentially handling all service phases of HOAI. You will also manage contracts, claims, and coordinate with authorities and users. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Civil Engineering (Civil Engineering specialization) or a comparable field, with beneficial experience in complex civil engineering projects and knowledge of HOAI service phases, contract law (VgV, VOB), and relevant regulations. Strong IT skills, including MS Office and openness to SAP, along with a driver's license, are required. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree (Diplom/Bachelor/Master) in Civil Engineering (Civil Engineering specialization) or a comparable field.
Experience
- Professional experience in planning and executing complex civil engineering projects is advantageous
- Knowledge of HOAI service phases
- Knowledge of procurement and contract law (e.g., VgV, VOB) and other relevant legal regulations (WHG, BBodSchG)
- Experience with standard IT systems (e.g., MS-Office)
- Experience in steering, planning, and overseeing civil engineering projects
- Experience in selecting and managing external contractors
- Experience in contract and claim management
- Experience in coordinating and monitoring contractor performance
- Experience in coordinating with approval authorities and users
