You will also represent the city in court and collaborate with other departments within the Jobcenter, providing legal advice when needed. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or Public Management, OR completed Angestelltenlehrgang II (Administrative Specialist), OR completed Law Studies

Experience

  • Professional experience in processing appeals and lawsuits under SGB II
  • Experience with interim legal protection proceedings and inaction lawsuits
  • Experience with cost proceedings and performance lawsuits
  • Experience in representing parties in court
  • Experience collaborating with other departments within a Jobcenter
  • Experience advising departments on legal matters related to SGB II

Additional

  • Language level C2 required. Must be able to work full-time (39 hours/week). Fixed-term contract for approximately 12 months. Preference given to severely disabled individuals. Applications from women are particularly encouraged.
