Join the amedes group as a Deputy Practice Manager in Cologne, supporting the day-to-day operations of a medical practice. This role involves assisting with the organization and coordination of practice workflows, managing appointments, optimizing patient care, and supporting staff scheduling and deployment. You will also contribute to patient care alongside the team. The ideal candidate will have a completed apprenticeship as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or equivalent, with prior leadership experience being a plus. Strong IT skills, excellent organizational abilities, responsibility, and a self-directed work ethic are essential.
