Job Summary
The Landwirtschaftskammer Niedersachsen is seeking an Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) for their Bremervörde district office, Stade branch, located in Stade-Agathenburg. This is a full-time, fixed-term position for two years, starting July 1, 2026, with a weekly workload of 30 hours (minimum 25 hours negotiable). The role involves supporting the team with customer service, event organization, and general office management. Key responsibilities include creating invoices using NSYS financial software, managing appointments, assisting with educational and customer events, and handling correspondence and CRM data. The ideal candidate will have a completed apprenticeship as an office management clerk or a comparable qualification, with experience in public administration being a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills are essential.
