Job Summary
The City of Bünde is seeking an HR Administrator to manage a variety of personnel tasks. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include organizing and overseeing business travel and training, processing travel expenses, coordinating interns and federal volunteers, and handling payroll for trainees. You will also manage changes to working hours, overtime, and deductions for employees. The ideal candidate will have completed vocational training in administration or a similar field, possess experience in HR, and be proficient in MS Office. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an administrative specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellte/r), completed administrative training course I (Verwaltungslehrgang I), or completed preparatory service for career group 1, second entry level.
Experience
- Professional experience in the HR department is desirable
- Experience in payroll processing
- Experience in travel expense management
- Experience in coordinating interns or volunteers
