Job Summary
This part-time role focuses on developing and implementing corporate health management initiatives within an organization. You will be responsible for planning and delivering health-related offerings such as workshops on stress management, resilience, and nutrition, as well as organizing events like health days. A key aspect of the job involves advising teams and management on health-promoting work conditions, including ergonomics and daily work-related stresses. You will also be involved in the strategic expansion of the health management program, including planning, communication, and quality assurance. The position offers a creative, varied, and self-directed work environment with significant scope for shaping the program, supported by a team and opportunities for further training.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or a degree in a health-related field
Experience
- Professional experience in planning and conducting health offerings (e.g., workshops, courses, health days)
- Experience in advising on health-promoting work conditions
- Experience in program development and implementation within a corporate health context
- Experience working with diverse target groups and teams
