Job Summary
This role involves processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and handling internal service charges within the Finance and Controlling department of the Braunschweig University of Fine Arts. You will also be responsible for maintaining SAP master data and generating reports, contributing to the university's financial operations. The position requires a completed administrative training or a comparable qualification, along with experience in financial accounting and SAP. The role offers a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant academic environment at an internationally oriented art and science university. This is a part-time, fixed-term position for two years, located in Braunschweig.
Required Skills
Education
Completed administrative training (Verwaltungslehrgang I or Verwaltungsprüfung I), or vocational training as an administrative assistant, office communication specialist, or office management clerk (if completed with a public employer), or a comparable qualification based on skills and experience (e.g., commercial training with additional qualification).

- Professional experience in financial accounting
