This role involves taking full responsibility for planning and executing software projects for diagnostic tools within the special engine (Off-Highway) sector. You will lead an interdisciplinary team and manage external software development partners, overseeing project, budget, and resource planning to ensure deadlines, costs, and quality targets are met. Key responsibilities include coordinating stakeholder requirements, integrating and validating diagnostic functions (e.g., CAN, J1939), ensuring milestones, documentation, and reporting, and continuously improving diagnostic software while adhering to safety and data protection regulations. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in a technical field, several years of project management experience in software development, and strong knowledge of agile and classic project management methodologies.
