This role is for an IT Supporter who will serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing product-related inquiries. Key responsibilities include logging, classifying, and resolving telephone inquiries via remote maintenance, escalating complex issues to 2nd-level support, and meticulously documenting all interactions within a ticketing system. The successful candidate will also contribute to the continuous optimization of support processes.
