Job Summary
This role is for an ambitious PLC Commissioning Engineer looking to advance their career in IT and engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, programming, and commissioning of PLC controls for special machinery, specifically utilizing the TIA Portal. Key tasks include implementing customer-specific requirements, integrating new technologies, and performing Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) for troubleshooting and optimizing control software. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Proven experience in programming and commissioning PLC controls
- Experience with TIA Portal
- Knowledge of warehouse technology, palletizers, conveyor technology, or filling systems (advantageous)
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to travel for commissioning at customer sites
