Job Summary

This role involves the daily administration and user support of Windows and Linux servers, alongside managing the company's telephone system, firewall, and virtual machines. You will conduct user training sessions, utilize PowerShell for scripting and automation, and meticulously document technical processes and system changes with a focus on information security. The ideal candidate will have completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or possess a comparable qualification, with a strong understanding of Microsoft environments (M365, Intune, Teams, SharePoint), Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and GPOs. Experience with SQL queries, Visual Studio, Microsoft Reporting Services, firewall management, and virtual environments like VMWare is also highly desirable.
