Job Summary
As an IT Service Manager, you will be instrumental in optimizing and supporting business processes through effective IT services. Your daily tasks will involve planning, steering, and monitoring IT services, as well as defining and implementing IT Service Management processes, methods, and standards aligned with frameworks like ITIL or COBIT. You will also be responsible for creating and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure service quality, availability, and security. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders, and the ability to lead and motivate a team of IT specialists. You will continuously analyze and improve customer satisfaction and service performance, while identifying and resolving IT service issues and risks. This position offers an environment with diverse tasks and opportunities for professional growth.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field; ITIL Certification (advantageous)
