Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Chemical Operator to join our team for shift work. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling reactors during production, including filling, operating, and supervising them. Your daily tasks will also involve sampling ongoing production, filling finished batches, performing continuous plant monitoring, executing minor repairs, and adhering to cleanliness standards (KAIZEN). You will also be responsible for production documentation. The ideal candidate has completed training as a Chemical Operator, ideally with experience in synthetic resin production and the Siemens PCS7 process control system. A high degree of care, teamwork, reliability, and a safety-conscious mindset are essential.
