Job Summary

This Senior System Engineer role focuses on the end-to-end management and modernization of IT infrastructure for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), covering both cutting-edge Cloud solutions and traditional On-Premise/Workplace environments. Day-to-day tasks involve leading deployment projects, ensuring the continuous maintenance and evolution of complex customer systems, and providing crucial 2nd-level technical support to the internal Service Desk team. A key aspect of the role is the creation and management of detailed technical documentation and configuration guides, alongside mentoring colleagues through knowledge transfer. This position is ideal for an experienced IT professional with deep expertise in MS, Citrix, and VMware products who values a high degree of autonomy, flexible working arrangements including home office possibilities, and a supportive, open corporate culture.
